This week the fitness goal for swimming, biking, or running is an hour. Whatever pace, but an hour per session. Sunday – Saturday. Also want to push for mobility exercises and continue the strength journey.
It’s Monday, we’re having a heat wave, and you know what.. I’m doing it.
Sunday – 1 hr / swim / 2300 yards of manatee freestyle
Monday – I hr / super sweaty slow kind of run, kind of walk at 10AM
